hy,game not working

so yea,the topic says it all.I did everything like the forum said:

i installed chrome especially for this..

my conection is fine.So what gives? why doesn't it load allready? i can't log in for 4 days now! 4 DAYS!

please tell me WHAT am i doing wrong....thank you!

2nd: try with an other pc

3rd:update java at the latest version

4th:try all the on-line servers (even if there are 10-15 players

This is a known problem, and if you are experiencing a error message saying connection closed just after you log-in then do the following.

 

1) Clean your browser's Cookies, If you don't delete your cache or history it doesn't matter, the problem is being caused by the Cookies.

 

2) Delete your Flash Cache and Cookies by using the following link

 

http://www.adobe.com/go/settmgr_storage_en

 

When that page fully loads you will see a button named Delete all Sites. Click it then click confirm and now, Try to log in again. If there is still a Problem kindly contact help@tankionline.com

Try a new browser other than chrome.. Firefox? Dont do safari... Whenever you press back durign chating it goes back one page... and takes you to tankionline.com

My Macbook works fine here in the US, when Tanki is not having problems. Unfortunately, lately, many people have had problems with Lag and with Connection issues. They are working on it, or more likely Tanki 2.0.

Just wait for the next update, also lag and connection problems are caused when ever one player of the game is using a stupid internet connection or AKA Dial-Up.

Yeah, you hit the nail on the head! That's exactly it. :!: There should be a maximum ping and anyone who doesnt meet that number should not be able to join the game. Of course it would make more sense if there were servers located in various places so that there would be options for those with long routes to Moscow.

Firefox is a best choise of a browser to play on tankionline.com

 

you can also try Opera, but i think it Lags to much, loading 1 internet page takes about 1min, so no good for me!
