Not quite :P in the picture they are overlapping each other, in the sense that when the paint sale ends, the hull sale already started,... And anyway, if that was the case, the same would happen (as you're suggesting) to the battle funds, since they stop at 2am UTC on the following day but they are not there for the days where they last till 2am UTC... 

 

It's clearly a mix-up :P We'll wait till Cedric or someone can tell us which one it actually is I guess...

We have all become so accustomed to being spoiled, that we take everything for granted.  That when we are offered something that appears slightly less than our expectations, pleadings and demands our reactions are overly strong.  It is a little like taking candy away from a spoiled child.  It balls its head off and throws its self around in indignation, it cuts its nose to spite its face.  It is fine and normal to feel perhaps a little disappointed if things might have change from the normal, if our expectations are unrealized but any more than that, is a pure indulgence and bad form.  Another way of looking at things however might be, if we had never become so accustomed to discounts and bonuses, then when we are offered even something small, we would be over the moon, ecstatic.  Perhaps we may have to postpone the upgrading or a special paint that perhaps we may have coveted but that will apply equally to many of our opponents.  Our competitiveness will not be any more diminished against many others,  So their is absolutely no need to feel so hurt.  We take a breath and just carry on.  This is only a game, it is not a life supporting commodity and we will still be materialistically better off than before.  If we want to have a slight edge, then all we need do it buy a small quantity of crystals and buy something useful for our garage.

You probably did not read the image and the announcement properly since, to me, everything is pretty clear, you just need to read it carefully and not give a "rush-to-comment" opinion.

The image you took from VLOG is pretty clear as well — it shows in detail the fact that each event will run for 24 hours only, but since those 24 hours are not calculated from midnight to midnight but from 02.00 to 02.00, they overlap 2 different dates.

This has always been done the same ways, updates, discounts, events, etc.. were always released at 02.00 UTC since it is at that exact time that servers are restarted.

 

In conclusion, it is really clear and easy to understand that each event will not be held while another one is still active, they will substitute each others at servers' restarts :)

Guys stop complaining to the devs. We could have no discount at all but they chose to give us a discount. Remember this is only a game too. Not like it will affect anything in real life. We should be thanking the devs for what they do. 50% percent discounts seem quite unlikely and they most likely will give us 30% to 45%. But a discount is a discount. We could have none just remember that. You are taking the devs for granted. You don't know how much time they spend behind the screen trying to make this game for you. Now they are giving us a discount. Just think about it. We should be grateful for the sale.

This is what TO players have come to

4.The people who get banned for no reason

 

6. The people who call other people noob for dumb reasons(drugging,the so called(noob) killing the aggressor alot, Having a bad garage)

 

7. This one has a tie with number 6. The people who don't know what noob means. Basically 95% of tanki doesn't know what this means. Noob is short for Newbie which means "Someone who is new at the game.

 

8. The people who think they are smarter than everyone else.(Typically using big words or looking up words in a dictionary just so they can type them and seem smarter than everyone else)

 

9.The people who don't realize I skipped number five. XD

 

Now I am not complaining but as a community we can fix most of these problems. We need to all be on the same page and turn tanki into a more friendly community. Yes it is already quite a friendly community but you will see at least one of these in almost every battle. We can already start by stopping to be so greedy.  Cussing is an easy one to fix. Also stop calling people noob. The misuse of it is just sickening.

It'll cost right around 264-265K(Assuming Viking is 195K, Isida 166K and Cherry 129K, I'm not sure about the exact garage prices but it'll be right around that range)

Disagree - the visual does mislead one into thinking that the sales overlap.

 

I'm sure the commentary and text are clear that this is not the case, but the poster has a valid point that the visual image is misleading.

To all the players that say that we should be thankful for getting a discount, maybe you are not that long around, but there used to be great and big discounts + events, and now we're getting less and less good events. Ofcourse, it's good to have a discount, but in comparison to the May Days in the years before, this event is not that good. A bit of a disappointment. 

Well we are not getting a big discount now.  It does not matter how big they used to be.  We were fortunate.  We have to accept what we are given.  We do not have to like it.  People hacking on and on will not change things in the least, it will just fall on deaf ears.  perhaps the good old days are over, perhaps we will have mixed bounties.  It could never have meant very good economics to keep giving large bonuses and discounts, over and over again.  Their are plenty of people who pay absolutely nothing at all. They are most probably the greatest protesters.  they are the most prolific complainers about lots of things like supplies.
