Problem with buying Premium ...

So, this morning, I won a giveaway, from an American YouTuber - TheThreeWishes but it won't let me buy the premium ...

I contacted TheThreeWishes via Skype (we're friends) and he gave me the Openbucks number of the card and PIN and all but Openbucks wouldn't let me buy ...

Since this card is from the US, I selected "My Country" as USA, as Australia has no Openbucks option. Then, I clicked "Premium." "Openbucks" "3USD - 1 week Premium," and then it came up to this screen; http://a68.tinypic.com/5arsef.jpg. What do I do now?

Sorry, for the screen I was using Puffin, to see how this thing works before I buy it on my PC.

Unfortunately, the Payment's system recognized an attempt of fraud or the payment you sent was not correctly forwarded — both this options may have caused the block of your payment's system.

Doubt so. The main issue could be the fact that you are from Australia but selected "USA" as location — this was done by some users to pay less (they were, for example, from UK, but selected RUSSIA as location and paid less than what they should, so the system blocked their payment system and they even got fined due to attempts of fraud).

 

Each country has its own money-flow and money-value, these can't be altered and trying to fake your real country to pay less is a scam and the system counters it.

Nah it works now. I needed to create an Account before buying. I didn't realise this as I had never bought (anything) on a game before.
