HUGE problem! Need help fast!

Hello guyz!

Here is my problem.

I was using windows 8.1 home and i was able to play TankiOnline.

Then i upgraded my laptop to windows 8.1 professional and was able to play, then upgraded to windows 10 and still was able to play.

Then my laptop was getting slower and slower and yestarday I decided to instal windows 7 professional.

But the thing is.. I cant play.

Its showing me this error 

Adobe Flash Player version 10.0.22.87 or higher is required.
Installation may take a minute. Install

But i already installed it. Restarted my laptop and still nothing.

I have installed only wifi+bluetooh driver, intel grapics,

 

 

AFTER FOLLOWING SUGGESTION TO REMOVE FLASH PLAYER!!!

 

 

Im using Dell inspiration 15-3537.

Modifications:

+4gb RAM

 

Anyone has some ideas? Dont post anything like i had the same problem, i restarted and everything was going. You know? i restarted multiple times, installed flash multiple times, i was trying to use chrome, it says reload page. Something is conflicting with flash BUT WHAT?? Im buyer and i dont want to loose my account.

I too got like that in mozilla firefox browser so i play on Google chrome it wont ask download it and play on it.

Do not advertise other applications.

Try uninstalling flash with The Flash Uninstaller Program from Adobes site.

 

Windows will not do a complete uninstalll, it will leave the same problem.

 

After you run uninstaller, clear temp file and cache and reinstall.

 

This worked for me with Windows 7 when I had the same problem.

Had the same problem fixed with this:

Go to windows > search > %temp% > delete all there and skip

Go to Control Panel > Remove Or Reinstall > Find Flash Player > Delete it

Again reinstall it from original Flash site, and try playing with Standalone or Mozilla.. it will work im 100% sure
