I don't know if it's possible, since it's a google form and not their own site. If it is possible you would need to check the IP adress the user uses to play TO, which changes if you play at different locations, or use a VPN. So it would be a lot of work and it wouldn't really help. :/

Nah you could just check the ones whos usernames are entered twice or more

Technically, the number of modifications is only 3. You only modify it 3 times, from M0 to M1, from M1 to M2, from M2 to M3. You dont modify a turret/hull from nothing to M0 :D Just pointing that out, not trying to start anything

Sorry, but the official definition of "modification" in Tanki Online is different. "Modification", in Tanki Online, equals to "version" or "level": we have four (4) different levels or versions of each item in the Garage.

Yes, but be carefull with this thing — if an username is found in more than one Community winners' list, it may be forever banned from the project.

 

Pick one community and play for it, do not try to participate in more than one community per time.
