its should be changed back to 1800 UTC time .. it was changed due to time change and now that the clocks are lined up again it should be back to normal time.. it is here..in Canada

As Blue Dragon said, it was changed a few weeks ago when the new system came in place.

 

its should be changed back to 1800 UTC time .. it was changed due to time change and now that the clocks are lined up again it should be back to normal time.. it is here..in Canada

UTC time has got nothing to do with Daylight savings. UTC times don't change. It was 1800 before, and it's 1900 now.

sorry but if u  went back in the thread you would see he did change it and then changed it back so ,, see this clock this is complex to start with see the main time was 1800 then it got changed to 1900 when time changed and for me once your time changed my switched again to 1800 so for me its 1800 and for u its now 1900 .. its confusing and issho would have to explain it more .. see if it was 1900 then my contest would be at 3 pm and see i know its not on my end cause its been 2 pm all the time besides when the time changed on my side first and then it bounced to 3pm and then again changed .back to 2 pm .....

Let me try to explain:

 

It used to be at 2 PM (for us Canadians :P), then Issho changed it to 3 PM for whatever reason, but now we changed the clocks and moved an hour earlier. So despite Issho moving it to 3 PM, our time change moved it back to 2. Got it?

Hence, the time was only changed once, from 1800 to 1900 and whatever happened in Canada and US after that is local to that area. For rest of the world, Tanki Thinking Challenge is posted an hour later now.

Exactly. Daylight Savings is a local phenomena and players can adpat to it...UTC time, however, remains same.
