Rude moderators

Recommended Posts

I had posted a topic with my problems about this game to get help in order to solve them, and I got a message from one of the moderators they had deleted it because it was similar to another topic. WHO CARES!?!? I can't post whatever the heck I want! You know why? The first amendment to the U.S constitution gives me that right! And that  went and removed my topic without consulting me about it first! Who else agrees it was rude to delete my topic without asking first or at least talking to me about it?

The moderators follow the game rules not the U.S rules. You've agreed to follow the game rules when registering your account in this game.

Doesn't matter. I still have my rights. It's unconstitutional he did that. It doesn't not matter what the game rules may be, even if they were made legal laws, the U.S constitution msut still be followed as it is higher than any law (including game rules) in the nation, therefore you are incorrect. I'm a constitutionalist, I know my stuff.

"The moderators follow the game rules not the U.S rules."

Hmmm....strange. Maybe I should sue then. I could actually. My first amendment right was basically taken from me upon his deleting of my topic. Yes it may be a small problem, but I can STILL sue if I so pleased, but that'd only make problems worse. AND if they quote: Do not follow the U.S rules, I could basically get the game shut down if I had proof, which that moderator has presented by deleting my topic. Again I won't sonce again it'll make things worse.

I love knowing my rights :)

1) If you have any problems with the work of a mod, contact the respective Admin concerned. Check the list of all helpers here.

2) This is a game. An international game, so no particular country's laws applies here. If you want, have a look at EULA

3) You could had also tried looking at the original topic, as duplicate topics do nothing, but divide the audience and create flood.

4) Kindly use polite language, Your topic would had got more attention. :)

Thanks.

BTW, still if you want the direct answer, post your question and we'll try our best to help. You can also create a PM if you want. :)

Hmm...I'm sure deleting my topic isn't the best way to help.

Well, this is the U.S version and with that said, it MUST follow the constitution.

Well, I had no idea somebody already had a similar topic. And no, I shouldn't have to search through other's topics to make sure it's safe to post my own. Again, this being the U.S version of Tanki, being under U.S law, I have my first amendment rights to say what I want, when I want :)

Hi Logan,

I'm very sorry about the little confusion that arose here.  Your original topic post can be found here : http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=310088&page=29&p=5463049&do=findComment&comment=5463049

Your original topic entitled "I'm Tired of this" was merged with the official topic made by the developers : Info regarding lags and server instability.  The reason for that merging is simple.  The forum is vast, developers can't monitor everything scattered everywhere.  And so for certain issues they make 1 topic which they will follow closely.

Your topic on its own wouldn't have attracted any attention from the developers or community managers.  And so, the moderator merged it with the official topic to give your plaint a chance to be seen by the concerned people.  And like I said in my previous post, developers and community management do see your plaints, are aware of them and are working their best to implement solutions to resolve them.

We hope you'll understand that this wasn't an attempt at censoring you off, or an attempt on your personal rights.  This is just normal reorganising procedures you'll find on all forums on the net.

We thank you for your comprehension over the matter.  If you wish to follow up with the incident, please feel free to send me a pm.

Cheers,

DS
