Ok,I need some study smarty tips can anyone give? :3

Here's one perspective on study. Study is like building a brick stairway out of a pit. You have a limited amount of food, so your life depends upon this stairway. If you have no way of learning from books, etc., as to how the stairway should be built, then you will have to go through "trial and error". If you do have books, then you will learn fast, considering your situation. However, getting out of the pit is half the battle. Once your out. What will you do with your time. Maybe you might want to help others out of the pit, or pursue another purpose. What ever the case, you have to take it a step at a time. Once you discover what you want to do in life, then learning can be more than fun, especially if the subject matter is directly linked to your goal. If it is not, say in a school setting, then don't become dependent upon that environment. This is not to say, turn your back on it. After all, it's a responsibility that you have to meet. Just that there are other sources of knowledge, in libraries, and even on the internet...Good luck. And don't loose sight of your purpose/dream. :)

Here's an interesting video from a cool YouTube channel I'm subscribed to. This one talks about how the stuff you eat can affect your sleep and many other functions of your body. It's not a long video, but I think you could learn a thing or two from it. Enjoy!

Watched that , the main idea is getting a good sleep and eating healthy foods , right ?

Actually it's about how a healthy diet can help you sleep better (among other things). Junk food can really mess up your sleep.

It means don't play Tanki at night.

Not really. But lots of screen time right before going to sleep can really disrupt your rest.

I know about this topic since the day, you posted it, but I was always like "I will watch it later". Finally now I "found" (that's pretty funny, because I don't have time this week, I had a lot more past 2 weeks) time for it and I find it very helpful. I've already used a few of the things like mnemo... (I don't know the spelling, just know what does it mean :D) but the rest is even better. This will definetelly help me.

Thumbs up, Cedric, thank you.

That's my point, Debono. Tanki play time/screen time contributes to physical and mental health too.

  • There are also a lot of cases which has technique called "Magic Liquid"

This is as simple as any of the above .. Before you study Take a glass of water or juice .. paste a piece of paper saying "Magic Drink"

Then .. keep it away from your sight for 5-10 minutes . Then start studying .. when you feel dehydrated .. Just pretend that drinking this magic liquid will boost your power and you can study well .. Its all belief and consciousness ..

Placebo effect :D

I just realized that it really works.

It shouldn't really be done to yourself, but come on, "Magic Liquid"? Doesn't make a difference, who is that gullible? You, if you realized it after trying that.

Stress in excess is almost always destructive. There's no way to 'channel' it in a productive way or anything like that. You can perform some stress busting activities like mediation, visiting places of natural beauty, or just sleeping 20 hours a day (The last one works for me.. XD).
