I bought Centaur kit today by mistake and lost 200k crystals. I spent $20 and saved up for another 5 months to get that much crystals and I don't need that kit at all. I emailed tanki for a refund, but they refused.

Plz, admin, I just wasted 200k crystals and I feel so sad, can you give me some free crystals back?

No, that was your choice. If you could get a refund by email then everyone who wants a refund on bad choices will do the same.

 

Sorry, that problem is something we call life. You'll make plenty of bad decisions throughout it. This wouldn't be your first, nor your last.

Sorry, but refund and sale of items will never be possible in this game. This was done to protect the game's economic system, which can easily break from a refund system.

 

You shouldn't be upset about your purchase. An M3 Shaft and Hornet at your rank is an extremely powerful combination, so you should use it and easily dominate all battles where your rank is maximum. Just focus on getting the Hornet and Isida up to at least 15 MU steps and you will be unstoppable :)

And then you can easily save up enough crystals to buy something you actually wanted.
