Screenshot's are buggy

I would like to take screen shot's of gold boxes whenever I take any but when I press the printscreen button, my mozzilla firefox browser it's buggy and I have to close the browser and open again which will cause me to lose my fund's... Please find a solution

Try urbuntu? Automaticaly will ask where to save screenshot.

I Know right , you'll get a blank screen but whatever just refresh your window and everything will be fine , it works for me , you don't have to close the tab and re open it , and if you closed it , try to open it with the same server you were in (to go back to your battle without losing any fund) .

No I dont get blank screen.. I just cant play the game even though it is working.. The mozilla grey's out and becomes unresponsive

There are numerous other image-hosting website as well. Try ShareX.

For taking screenshots of gold boxes, I always use the PrtSc button on my keyboard, paste the screenshot in paint and save it. It has some downsides, you have to put in a little more effort and you might lose the screenshot if you don't paste it right away, because it only remembers the very last thing you copied/made a screenshot of. However, it is lag free, doesn't require any program to run and always works.

Then try downloading an image hosting website. It can help you save screenshots using the exact same button with no glitches for any browser whatsoever. I recommend Lightshot for such.

I would recommend using a different browser when taking screenshots, if Mozilla is freezing.

 

Download an app called Capture-A-Screenshot. This app works for me. There's too many things it could be — memory, HD space, other processes in memory, services, add-ons etc..  The list is endless.  You're just going to have to play around and see if you can figure out what it is.

Firefox lags for me, which is why I don't use it. Try what is said above and if that doesn't work tell us.
