Weekly mission supplies not received

A problem I have noticed over the last few weeks is that I am not receiving my full weekly rewards for completing the missions. My weekly reward finishes on a Wednesday. Last week I carefully counted what I would receive from my daily mission and recorded the supply count in my garage before claiming the weekly reward. I did not receive 67 mines nor 67 speed boost. I am not doing this for gain, I have thousands of those supplies. I believe this is a software problem and may be happening to other Tankies. It may have been like this from the start. I checked again today and this time did not receive 23 repair kit and 67 double armour. Is this going in a cycle because if I am correct next week will I have double damage missing and speed boost missing. Repair kits are important to me I need them. tankionline help say I have received them and do not recognise a problem. Can other members start checking themselves please. Cheers speedtalk.

Can you please tell which week's chain You've completed? Weekly rewards by completing mission chains depends on the week.

You can obtain the maximum possible bonus by completing 4 chains in a row, that is, by completing a mission every day for 28 days and each week the reward increases.

I have played everyday since the rewards started, so this is the maximum 4 week bonus of 67 of each and 23 repair kits.

Yeah right! This is the maximum reward and 4th week is the last week for completion of chain.

Each week has different amount of rewards at the end.The reward of the first week Chain after completion is different from the second.

I'd say to also contact Issho_Fujitorra, so he can, if needed, notify Cedric. This is a big problem.

There is no need to contact Issho_Fujitora about this, as this isn't a big problem yet. If there actually is a problem with the weekly chain rewards, Im sure more players will start noticing.
In this specific case it could also be a glitch or lag, in which case those missing drugs/crystals will be added after the server restart or even after just refreshing the page.
This shouldn't stop any of you from critically looking at what you receive though!

On Wednesday 27-5-16 I did not receive 67 double damage. I will try refreshing the page, now that has been suggested. I will try anything.

I will check again tomorrow.

To be honest, I think I received two times as much supplies as I should've gotten yesterday, when I completed my chain.

I don't have any screenshots though.

Today I did not receive 23 repair kit, 67 double damage, and 67 mines.

Refreshing got me the mines. I then closed the browser and re-joined. All my supplies were there. But what a procedure to go through.

Surely I should not have to do this every week.

8th June did not receive 3 x 67. Renewing the page adde3d them.

15th June did not receive 67 speed 67 mines. Renewing added them.

Why do I need to do this every time. Annoying.

there working on it .. give it time for them to figure out what is the problem..

 

keep taking photos of it or videos and save them just in case you don't get your rewards contact tanki on line so they can fix it ..
