Guys I want your suggestions.I have seen hackers hacking to the game many times and the moderators had not enough time to catch them.

      

     The point is to find out what the hackers are in deep meaning and definitions of this subject.I have and I will share

my suggestion,what the hackers are really like but I need your comments because this is important for me.

Also please follow the forum rules before answering this and another posts.

 

   I think hackers supposed not to hack this game.I will not react as a child and swear them and I can not tell that is cheating,it is just dump to hack for no serious reason and get banned.This an argument that needs lots of time to come with the final answer.Hackers are dump because they are not following the rules and annoying or upset players who are trying hard to achieve what they want.

If you have to cheat on an online game to enjoy it you can officially be qualified dumb.

Ofc you can enjoy the game and still hack it for more enjoyment, i guess that can be concidered smart from their perspective.

 

Smart or dumb they are still annouying asf in normal battles and usually get blocked from what i have seen. :)

People hack because they want to feel powerful. Playing the game fairly for them is boring and/or too difficult, so they resort to using hacks to gain an advantage. Really pathetic to do that if you ask me, but not much we can do about it if that kind of trait is embedded in the person's character.

If you actually write a program that can bypass the anti-cheat system and make the hack work, then yes - that does take some skill. But simply downloading hacks from some website and using them is nothing.

If you talk about TankiOnline, hacking is no fun...if you do any sorts of hacks, your movement, aiming, etc, everything is so glitchy..no 'fun' to play with hacks...

 

If you talk about other games (especially the downloadable ones, whose devs have installed cheat codes in them), those game are real fun only with hacks...for an example, take GTA...if you play like a normal game, its so boring completing very hard+infinite missions....but when you pit the cheat codes, there's so much fun all of a sudden...moreover, I think that they have been able to successfully maintain the game's difficulty level so that it remains difficult even with (basic) cheats..so you see how fun hacking is?

But again..its fun when the cheats have been installed in it by the game developers..using engines/scripts to manually install cheats produces such a buggy gameplay...no fun...

first of all this is not a generic topic it is not at all related to Tanki also

trust me you dont even know who a hacker is, what you are here reffering as a hacker is a random kid not above 10 years, which wants "everything" for free as he cant pay for it, they are those dumb kids that searches for "how to hack a gmail acc" just to take revenge from a girl which never cared about them and they made her gf in dreams.

hacker is not some real dumb kid who downloads a random soft that changes hexas of different vars and he 'hacks' just to look 'cool' i mean come on you know what that is not even a slighest thing of hacking, they dont even know the difference between a hacker and a cracker

so please relaise that when ext time you call someone 'hacker' he is a just a kid

First of all i dont get it why do ppl hack n get themselves into trouble. Over the time i have seen many hackers doing mostly fly hacking. actually i actually saw a hacker and i /vote-ed him. As i told in the chat for other ppl to do it 2 they said leave him alone hacking is cool.

 

now for the second part i being 14 years have completed a course in hacking in which my parents had to pay a lot of money. And before i started the course i had to sign an agreement that i would not use it for bad purposes.

guys what you are calling ' hacking ' is not at all related to hacking , hacking is an art, defined as ultimate knowledge of your system which shall be used for good purpose to check the enviroment against people with bad purpose, hack is a english word which lies far back then existence of computers and it meant gaining user privilages by force.

 

using bots is not hacking there is a term for it called botting as for fly and jump bots etc they were really cool but people started using them for sabotage in gold box hunting and that added to the bad reputation

I thought you didn't believe there were any hacks going on, like the drug hack I told you about and the player on YOUR team was using. You know nothing about programming or technology while I am an IT engineer. Yet I was stupid for thinking there was a hack. WOW!

First of all you can't technically hack the game, hacking and exploiting are two differing things, like all games and websites they use encryption like ssl, tsl etc, unless you are professional enough and get lucky you aren't breaking past that encryption.

 

For the sake of the topic im going to assume that you (and other players) are referring to them as exploiters; players who take advantage of the game mechanics which contain holes or bugs in them. Im certain these holes and bugs will be fixed to prevent these exploits from happening, but until then theres nothing we can do about it, banning one player won't deter another from trying to same strategies.

Dude, the point is that being a hacker is not quite up to the computer skills of a kid, yet pretending to be a hacker gives a certain charm, puts one on a level above the plain game plankton (which unfortunately constitutes 90% of the dwellers here) and so children call themselves this way to provoke envy and to get others' attention )))

 

Otherwise, calling the real hackers/crackers dumb is not serious and childish ... these guys are equally smart as the devs, if not more ... it is quite another discussion if what they do is "moral" and "ethical" ...

How do you think they fly hack, or not run out of ammunition hack, or drug hack, or any of the other hacks. NO the black hats who can really hack are not going to take the time to fool with a game. Super professionals? Lol no they are actually not that difficult to make; although the cheat engine is quite popular and that is why many choose to use it. The trick behind the cheat engine is that they allow you to perform code/dll injections and allow you to manipulate temporary data of running programs. I was surprised myself how simple it was to allow it to work.

 

Though i can agree on the last part, hardcore hackers would put their time and resources trying to crack much tougher things like encryption etc
