So guys. This just started happening two-three days ago:

 

 

I know you will say change my password because someone might be using my account. I did. I already did, 2 times now. Whenever I click play, the loading bar just keeps going and pops this up. Sometimes when I have logged in, the rank bar wont appear and this would appear. It would also happen when I click Garage and change servers. It eventually returns to normal after 3-4 times refreshing but this is annoying. What to do? I am playing on Chrome but it also happens on Firefox.

I think I got the same issue, So that keep popping up after the bar loads till the end.

I was quite suspicious and thought to change my Password.

And I got the link in my mail and pressed it, but the link directs me to the Lobby not the place where I can enter new password and email.

Anyone have any idea to fix this?

You can try the following to change your password.

1. Enter the game. A window for entering your login and password will appear.

2. Click on “Lost nickname or password?”

3. A window will appear. Enter the e-mail that is linked to your account.

4. Check your e-mail inbox. There should be a letter from Tanki Online containing the link you will use for changing your password (e-mail). If you haven’t received the e-mail, please check the SPAM folder. If you haven’t received the e-mail for 24 hours, contact technical support at help@tankionline.com. 

5. Click on the link. A window for entering your new password and new email will appear.

I think there was a glitch or some problem which took me to the game everytime I pressed the link I got in my mail.

Somehow it works now :)

I think it was just on that day. On some days, it happens for no apparent reason, my advice is to close your browser, fully, then reload the game. If that doesn't work, try turning off internet and turning on again. :)
