Lost account that can't be returned.

Hello I would like to start a topic about an old account that I have that I lost the password for.

What happened is that I stopped playing tanki and then I forgot the password. Back then I was younger and I don't remember if I put in a email. I have tried to get it back before but it's been so long I can't remember the excact info. So unfortunately tanki cannot return it. It's not their fault it's mine because I can't remember the info or pass. So can anyone give me info on what to do about this. I've tried plenty of passwords that I thought of today! So I need some help!

If you can't provide enough info then i don't think there is a possibility to return the account. Try emailing help@tankionline.com one more time and give them all info you know about that account

But,Since you're saying that you have forgot the info about that account.Well...I don't think you'll get that account back but you should still contact Help@Tankionline.I hope they'll get your Account back by fair means :)

Not gonna get it back. My account Masterbo got stolen 5 yrs ago and i still remember last password used but forgot equipment/payments and other stuff. Why? Because i had other accounts at the same time AND the dude, who stole this account bought some stuff and ranked too so tanki wants me to remember what he bought, if he bought crystals and other stuff.

If you live somewhere else, there is 0% chance that they will give it. Okay if you move back to previous home and then take screenshot with your IP adress then you have a chance.

Have you also tried these steps?

1. Enter the game. A window for entering your login and password will appear.
2. Click on “Lost nickname or password?”
3. A window will appear. Enter the e-mail that is linked to your account.
4. Check your e-mail inbox. There should be a letter from Tanki Online containing the link you will use for changing your password (e-mail). If you haven’t received the e-mail, please check the SPAM folder. 
5. Click on the link. A window for entering your new password and new email will appear.

 

You can try entering any email address you have and see if it works. If not, then I'm afraid there's not much you can do about it.

He can get it back..help@tankionline also asks for your ip and some other stuff that only the real owner would know

 

 

Lobo as told above you must email help@tankionline.com because they are the only one who can help you in this situation..

Yea but if you were creating this account when moving from space to space nad your ip isnt the same as it was when created?

That I don't know but tanki help support would do something as far I can tell.
