You can ask anyone who has a creativity page by personal messaging him / her. No need to create a new topic. Also, you can ask this questions in the creativity category topics at the top of "Your Creativity" section.

Use AE and TTT for maps. It has many .3ds files which could help you out. Making one in AE is easy.

AE doesnt support 3ds export or saving.

In the Creativity Section Rules it says:

2. is real, serious creativity (not some squares made in Paint)

 

In other words, if you're offering to make 3D maps, show us what you are capable of, show us some of your art/creativity.

Without any creations of yourself in this topic, it means that this topic shouldn't be here.
