Glitches In Sandbox?

So recently, I've been noticing that many times, people take the flag, and when they're going to their base, suddenly the flag drops, and ends up near the enemy team's base even though often the person's near their own base. Has anyone else seen this?

Yea I saw it yesterday. The moment my team mate dropped the flag. It got returned like within 2 seconds. Also a player died with the flag and then it was impossible to return the flag . The flag was stuck there for the whole match altho they were able to capture flags by going to thr flag point even when the flag was stuck in our base. There was no notification that the flag is returned or something.

Although your issue seems to me as a sudden 999 ping which makes one drop the flag and then the carrier teleports to their own base.

It might not be.
but flag auto returning too fast is a rare glitch that any map has.

Running with flag - flag drops for no reason - quickly into reverse gear - slight delay (normal) to, if lucky, reload flag - forward and hopefully cap. :D

 

Happens all the time - all maps - all battles - been happening for years - just live with it. Tanki devs got loads of much more important stuff to do - like new tanks etc for us to buy. bye.

Could be that player has connection problems so flag drops when lag spikes.
