That's just Because staff members aren't present in en 6 or any other low ranked server,and now reports are no longer accepted by small ranker!!

As for moderation, chat mods are especially active on EN servers, educating and guiding low rank players how to behave and play this game to its full potential.

So,that means nobody can report in a sergeant battle,so they can spam all they want

And let`s not forget the "must be your own screenshot" rules,so basically,you can`t do jack if people spam in low-ranked battles

We don't want to encourage players to report, we want to encourage them to deal with the situation at hand themselves. In most cases one player provokes, the other one insults back and gets reported/banned, even though others are to be blamed for the escalation of the situation as well. So we really wanna reach out to players and teach them not to react to provocations, to shut down & ignore those that are disturbing them in any way...

Yes. Chat mods cannot and should not be used as a tool for punishment, players should know how to deal with bullies themselves. So since we're primarily being helpers, we're helping players dealing with the situation at hand by teaching them to shut the bully down. The fact that violator might offend someone again isn't something that we nor any ban can change, their parents and teachers are the ones that can and should deal with that. We cannot make someone change their attitude and character by banning him/her, that is something that comes from their home, environment, neighbourhood, school, society... 

 

Bans are necessary, I agree, but only to a point. They shouldn't be used as a means to an end.

I want to say that nowadays, players are more active on Lobby chat than chat Moderators.Ordinary players help out the tankers regarding questions and problems. A big example you can find in EN4 ^_^

... which is completely normal and fine, we did educate bunch of players in the past few years so they are paying it forward :) I'm glad there are always those willing to help others :)

Basically tankers below WO1 is newbie to the game, they don't know much more about game rules and as Ostrica said many mods guides the low rank how to respect rules.
