Invalid A dedicated place to report timer stuck issues

we need to get a sight to report game / clock timer freezing to get urgent responses to get fixed..

 

i have noticed over my years we do not have a fast team or location to report problems like timer stopping or when game lags and were stuck in battles..

this game is frozen in time and i have reported it to tanki tech but it might not get looked at until 24 hours and we need a faster response time for players so they can continue to battle

If you're saying we should create a section on the forum for reporting such, it wont be efficient. Chat moderators or any moderators for that matter have nothing to do with such an issue. It's to be dealt by tech support - and we all know emailing them is the fastest way, not to mention the only way, to reach them.

 

Only tech support can resolve such an issue.

I had a battle stuck. Its no big deal.

just take video and send to tanki. They will give you your reward.

I've never seen a battle stuck but great idea. Mods should be able to terminate the battle.

I had a frozen timer before and emailed a tech support to end the battle. It worked.

The issue with the timer getting stuck has been, for the most part, fixed. Reports of this bug are extremely rare nowadays, therefore there is no need to have a dedicated topic for it. Idea no longer applicable.
