I think what is happening in that screenshot of yours it that, the time displayed for when the post was established is at your time zone for the country you're in. With different locations, the time differ as well.

or maybe it's the timezone of the guy who quoted it?

It happens to everyone I think. It's just trying to convert it to your Timezone. :)

Also, I don't think a whole topic is needed for this, just PM DarkOperative for forum/minor issues.

I remember someone posted about this issue before. Simple glitch: The actual post's time is in UTC, while the time of my post in your quote gets adjusted to your time zone.

When I quote someone or when someone quotes me, it appears in my Timezone. Maybe you misread it or something. Anyways, does it really matter?

When he posted the time was taken by UTC+
when you quoted the text, it made to your timezone UTC+3

Someday.. please learn to use logical thinking

Currently your timezone is UTC+3 because of the daylight savings time, UTC doesn't change, but your time goes +1.

i just tested it.. and discovered its the other way round... in the original post.. it is your time zone and in the quotes... it is UTC

my time zone is +5:30 UTC

this is exactly the opposite..

i mean.. the time here is 5:42 pm and the time in the quote is 12:02 pm
