Tanki X client problems

Hi,

 

I received an invite code to test TankiX 25th April. But I only saw that email today and I downloaded the client. Now I don't know whether I am supposed to enter the invite code or my TO password.

 

I tried posting something in the Tanki X forum but I couldn't log in because I didn't know whether I had to use my invite code as my password or my TO password.

 

Also when I enter my nickname it says 'user not found' and upon entering my email. It says 'Email is not registered'.

 

To make things more clear, I will add a screenshot

 

I didn't know where to post this problem and I hope other TankiX testers can help me out :)

No, it's okay, I can help, I have Tanki X too.

First of all, I recommend starring that invitation e-mail so you don't lose it. Then, open the client and go to the login, from there, enter your username and Tanki password first. Then, it will ask you for your invitation code, copy-paste the link there and that should do it. :)

I followed your steps

But what do I do about the fact that it says 'User not found' ?

Maybe you put the code where the username should be or vice versa? Maybe press 'Sign Up' instead of 'Log In.'

No problems. ;)

Yes, it does. I recommend that when you open the browser, select medium-low graphics. The loading isn't too bad but yeah.
