Annoying turrets

with an Hornet M0 are underequipped for your rank.

It makes no use to complain that turrets that outclass you by M-Level (M1 , M2, ..) do anoy you.

No i dont buy cry but if i work well (in school) my mum will buy me fighter kit (m1 hornet m1 twins and desert)

Wow..definition of noob right there.  First of all, Vulcan kills you in 24-28 seconds?  That's ridiculously long. You must have typed somthing wrong.  You have m0 hornet so it makes sense that higher-modification rails will easily kill you...you won't have that problem with m4 hornet so it doesn't matter in the long run.  

Okay, don't complain about shaft being OP, because it really isn't, but in my experience low ranks don't know how to fight it effectively. 

And freeze.  If they ambush you from random places like you said, that's a question of the individual player being very skilled or you not being aware of your surroundings.  Keep your distance or stay in a relatively open spot and there is no way a freeze can get to you undetected.  You can kill it before it gets close. 

 

It's an interesting point that you don't get annoyed by hammer.  Using m0 hornet hammer would two-shot or one shot you (on DD).  Don't you think that's a bit OP?

I can tell you this - at my level rails are no problem, smokys  that are not M4 are not too bad, I have good Vulcan protection so they are not bad, I have M4 smoky which slaughters twins and nost shafts, flamers are not bad unless they get you cornered but two things are bad to the bone:

 

Anyone with M4 freezer or M4 Hammer is going to kill you most times, especially if they also have M4 hull and drugs. I just played a Sepruhov game where the only thing that EVER killed me was freeze and he killed me 4 times. Once those bloodsuckers get you in their grasp you are dead.

 

I have M4 hammer also and I can tell you few things can kill me before I kill them. It is OP to the max. Unless I have 2 or 3 guys shooting me at once I can just come to their flag and slaughter everything there. Amazing turret at a high level. Especially one-shots Isida/hornets and Rail/hornets just boom and you gone.

 

My next purchase will be freeze and then I will gradually get it to M4. Wow.

By which time a new rebalance update will be rolled out and Freeze M4 and Hammer M4 will be nerfed, probably

 

Tanki pre-"rebalance" did have some points where Turret A was better than Turret B, but the objective was clear -- all M4s are equal.

 

Now the only clear objective is messing with your turrets and hulls....

Shafts can be very annoying. I don't die a lot from them because I use Viking but man even if he kills no one the Shaft user can cut off entire routes just for being there. I can understand the rage the light hull users get. The Shaft uses the old system for shooter games where it just uses calculations to determine a hit or not. This means you have not chance of dodging a well placed shot. How about making Shaft like a real sniper where you have to deal with travel time and bullet drop. It would mean even though the Shaft fired you have a chance to dodge it.

well I hope you planed your future purchase well.

If not, then you will at least do so, when you start to face more M2s..

Annoying one on one - has to be twins. Shafts are not far behind. Thunders in groups are brain-dead OP - protection or no protection. Smokys leave targets smokin hot, and then flip em over n cook some more  :P But if you have protection, you can ignore them (till you need to jump that is).

Lots of people are answering the question "What is the most dangerous turret?" or similar. The poll is the most annoying, so I'll stick to that.

 

My definition of annoying is something that keeps me from doing what I want to do on a map. I have to change strategy to cover for the enemy turret taking out all the noobies (which would ordinarily be not-quite-so-nooish in the midfield or enemy base, maybe even sopping up damage and attention). Besides the obvious answer of "the biggest enemy drugger on the map", who is always annoying...

 

It has to be Shaft.

 

Shaft can command a lane and slow down a whole wing of the attack. Inordinate resources have to be devoted to defeating one or two tanks (imagine two competent Shafts with an overwatch pattern making up a fireteam.... nasty).

 

Shaft is the squad support weapon of Tanki. Position the Shaft tank in the firing lanes to make the squad successful. Sound doctrine.

You shouldn't buy fighter kit at your point, you should just rank up a couple of times and get an M2 kit...

This is not about the gun that you don't like to use, this is about the gun that you find most annoying.

That's actually not the definition of annoying.  The most annoying turret would be the one that kills you the most, or the one that you rage whenever you get killed by them.  But yes, I agree, two shaft who have a good supply of DD can break up any attacking force, even if they have tons of supplies.

From my perspective the most annoying turrets are those with the best impact force, it means I hate Smoky, Thunder, Shaft, Twins and Ricochet.

My playing style is always with Railgun and Hornet, and the turrets I already mentioned usually deviate my aim. -_-

P.S.: That is why I ljust ove XP format .:lol:

RAIL RAIL RAIL it 2 shots almost everything and when you get hit once unless you heal your going to die. First of all it's very hard to dodge as it uses the old bullet system that has 0 travel time, second of all it one shots you with double damage the only hull that can survive it is mammoth and you still have very little health left. I really want it nerf because it ruins everyone's game play.

SHAAAAAAFT! It can 1 shot mammoths if it has did and without dd unlike railgun it can 1 shot hornets and wasps
