Problems with Customer Service

Many times we have problems with the service for customers whether because of their poor English language or due to insufficiently developed intelligence and no knowledge of the game ( or they just not care) (((
This is just one example ....

When I looked at my achievements , I noticed that some of them are not recognized even though I have long since finished and I sent a message about that to help@tankionline.com

I waited  for a response but thats is not a problem...i can understand that...many of you have a problem in tanki online

if someone dont know Collector = Collect all M0 turrets in your garage

                                 Turret enthusiast = Collect all M1 in your garage

                                 When is the next sale ? = Collect all M2 in your garage

Well.....they dont know their own achievements in their game on the other hand just thinking what and to whom and how to sell....MULTS are not important , LAGS are not important ...the only important matter is how to sell something ($)...
the sale is necessary and we know that...because of that game is created ,but we are also important and without us your game not exist
Dont lose us...

I have to agree with Tareq here. Customer Support are constantly bombarded by the question "When is the next sale?" so it's really easy for them to revert to the default answer. Please be patient and contact them again to explain your situation. Making fun of them here isn't going to help solve your problem.

I had to ask ALOT of times until i got something out from them.

My only complaint is that they take a long time to respond and often very rarely unban people. Apart from that, realise that their plates are full.

As said above by my colleague and by @Cedric Debono, the answer given by our Tech Support was mistakenly aimed at "sales' dates", sorry for this.

 

Now, back to your question of missing achievements — those missing achievements are not a bug / glitch / issue, they are intended not to be there for the following reason:

  • if you directly bought an item from the Garage's Shop to M3, you physically DID NOT buy its M0, M1 and M2 modifications, so you will not unlock those achievements, sorry

I bought one item from M1 to M3, skipping M2 modification, in fact I do not have "Collect all M2 items" achievement, but it is not a big deal honestly, the system is intended to be like that :)

When achievements were released, I personally suggested to the Devs that this system should have been changed, but it is still under review at the moment, there are more important things to deal with.
