No, every player is free to choose which combo to use. Since Wasp Fire games aren't official, the same rules like in other battles apply.

There is no official Fire/Wasp/Hornet Format in the game made my devs. It's done entirely by a players co-operation and trustable relationship. And according to the rules everyone is free to choose their combo. He can be banned if he is multing, but not otherwise. I would say choose your fire wasp group wisely ;)

Join Hornet/Wasp Firebird Club if you don't want to get disturbed by tankers who ruin your battle or Try to play with friends.You never know when random guys ruin your Battle.....

First thing, learn to post your issues in the appropriate place — Help Site or "Problems and Solutions" section, not "Off-Topic" section.

Second thing, you need to contact @Yele (Game Violators' Administrator) to ans this kind of questions — Chat Mods and Forum Mods do not work with Game violations nor are aware of how they are taken care of, sorry :)
