I have a question. The problem is... I don't think its a record. Because the map holds a max of 24 players. You can't get more. So therefor other players can't ever break your record. In my opinion that's not a record. Right?

I think a mod can make a high amount of players to join a battle. See.

I really don't understand the fact that a record that has a limit gets removed only when that limit is reached. The player/players that have come up with such a record get to keep it, while the one that breaks it and gets to the limit, doesn't get a chance to be listed on the record list. That makes no sense...

I think it's OK to set records with alts. The player - the SAME person is the one who set the record, so it doesn't matter which account you choose to be the record holder, YOU are the record holder, not the account, so the person who uses flae99 account is the record holder not the account itself ;)

It actually does make a difference. Getting a kill record with a Sergeant is much much easier than with a Gissimo, considering all the noobs.
