i finnished when i reached it and i started only when it was slightly there and it wuld only be like 10 Ms

We would't pay attention to that detail if you beat the record by at least a few seconds. But since you claim that you only beat it by a second, small things like these do matter. And from what I saw by watching the videos side-by-side is that you had exactly the same result as the previous record.

 

Although to be honest it's hard to judge this because everyone has identical M4 Wasps and nitro, while the course is very arguable and there are places where you can cheat. Without proper measuring tools this record will be very hard to determine.
