The fund increase by the same amount, but if you come first you will receive a better kill to crystal ratio than someone who came fith. Unlike team battles everyone receive the same score to crystal ratio. So DM is better for earning crystals, but only if you come first.

Yeah, Nikk's record is made up of reward paints only. And the reason it's on the archive is nit just because he no longer has them all, but also because it's not even possible to get that many paints anymore, since helpers can only have a maximum of two jobs.

Well, I think it should be archived then. In GWR when a person loses a record, the next person takes their place, even if the new record is less. Best example of that is the woman with longest nails, who held the record for some years, but then broke the nails in a traffic accident. Another woman took her place, despite her nails being shorter.

Yup, spoke with Maf on Skype, since Nikk no longer owns most of them, Guard can have the record (he applied for it a while back).

Actually, the current record is similar to that, and it's not too hard to do without PL. You just have to get a heavy hull and lots of supplies. Seems like this guy in particular has always been sitting at his base healing campers and leaving the battle whenever he's about to get killed.
