I tried exactly the same thing in test server, with the same settings, no mip-mapping or skybox, here are the results. (Sorry for the nickname).

The names are like this because of the quality of the picture. It's a .jpeg. And if the settings are wrong (I don't know what progrm you used to edit the picture, photofriltre or photoshop), when you save the picture, the quality goes down. This is not because of the settings of Tanki.

 

It never happens with .png files.

 

To me, it is not edited.
