In Tanki, you measure distances in "props". One prop (a square on the ground) = 5 meters. I'm not sure about the heights though...

 

He definitely did no more than 7.

If you mean the two attempts combined, then it doesn't count. All barrel rolls must be done in one jump.

I watched the video 5 times and I can assure you that I know how to count. There are 7 flips in the first attempt and 6 or 7 in the second. In neither of the attempts there are more than 10.

The reason you think it's 12 is because when trying to count the flips you count the number of times you see the barrel and it's not just the barrel coming up - it's the tank't tracks too, yet you think that it's the barrel and you count it as an extra flip, which it isn't.

Please, for the love of god, make a shaft watch the flips. It's incredibly hard to determine the number of flips by the camera movement. Make someone else watch him fall.

^It will not be added as the rule is it will have to be a real battle and you just captured the flag in ping-pong with not even a single enemy so i can confirm that it will be rejected.

No, I'm pretty sure this can be counted. There is no way to decide on fair guidelines for a "proper battle" in which you can set this record and have it be accepted. You say there must be enemies. How many? What ranks? What equipment? How active must they be? What equipment are you allowed to have? 

Even if you say that the map must be full of active players, I can easily get a bunch of my friends to put on wasp+firebird m0, and get Wasp Twins m3 with Zeus for myself. Yes, there will be enemies, but it will be almost the same as playing on an empty map as there will be almost no resistance. I think it's fair to allow this record to be set using any method available, so the video above should be valid.
