You don't need to have a judge present as long as you provide enough evidence for it to be clear that what you did beats/sets a record. If the evidence will be difficult to collect, then I would recommend sending a PM to one of us (the judges) to make an arrangement, or use the Rent-a-spec service. Remember - a confirmation from a member of staff is enough to support your claim for the record, even if you don't have the evidence.
