It needs to be filmed. It doesn't have to be by you but they should be close/next to you and keep their camera on you the whole time.

Doesn't have to be filmed by you. But it needs to clearly show evidence of you killing however many tanks you killed. So if you kill 20 tanks, we need to see your kill count instantly go from 0 to 20 in the Tab list, or a clear shot of you killing 20 tanks at once.

 

By the way, I think it's worth noting that mine kills do not count.
