I wouldn't really consider this a record to be honest. It's not something special or requires certain skills. Moreover, it basically has to be done in low ranked battles where fund grows much slower than high ranked battles, making the record rank specific.

Not a record either. You just put a brick on your turn turret button and take a video of it. Also the video is sped up, and we don't accept edited videos.

 

Not accepted. The record clearly requires no skill whatsoever, as you could just put something heavy on the keyboard and have your turret rotating non-stop for any amount of time (up to 24 hours, until server restart). It's not interesting or impressive in any way - just a competition of how much time you are willing to waste in order to get a record.

Point is, the record is very easy to set up. You decided to do it the hard way - actually looking at your screen and rotating the turret non-stop using your hands, but anyone after you would be able to easily beat the record and turn it into a joke. You just need to keep the rotation key pressed down and tap a movement key every two minutes to prevent being removed for inactivity. It's not hard and it's not impressive, because this isn't real life where spinning around non-stop would require a lot of training to deal with the nausea.

 

I don't know why you decided to do the record first before asking us whether or not it will get accepted. So yes, you wasted 13 minutes for no reason. Mostafa is wrong - we can accept edited screenshots and videos as long as the proof is still clear (in this case it's the battle timer). You don't need to post the unedited video - there's no issues with the evidence. It's just not a good enough record.

You're still missing the point. Rotating the turret non-stop is not a challenge whatsoever since you literally just need to hold down a key (there is no way to prove whether you sat there and actually did it, unless you record yourself sitting and doing it, which is absurd). The challenge is not getting kicked from battle, so the record itself is basically "Longest consecutive time spent in one battle", for which 13 minutes is far from being an impressive record, as some people spent over 24 hours in a single battle non-stop.

I shouldn't have accepted that record then. It was a moment of shortsightedness for me. I've debated weather I remove it or not but then saw it was (somewhat) easy to beat in a lucky scenario so I left it. 

 

Sorry declined. If I accept yours it will be impossible to beat on a normal funds day, removing the competitiveness.

Create a personal message with all of the judges stating your request, as well as why you would like to be a judge and other details you think worth mentioning :)

 

However, considering that you need to be able to edit some of the posts, and the fact that you're not a mod means that some of the posts will be given to you, and since Luke is already quite active here and me and Maf can edit the posts nonetheless, decreases the need for new judges as it will only hinder the other (non mod) judge.
