Weird Lag only during gold?

So a gold box will be dropped soon appears on my screen i find the dropzone i sit on it (thisonly happens so far i think when i sit on the dropzone) and waitfor the gold to start falling and sinceim titan i have a good chance ofliving andgetting it since its harder to push me. Well as soon as the gold starts falling from the sky my tank freezes cant health kit or anything and chat is laggy but only me everything else is moving perfectly like i have no ping at all then like 20 seconds after i die it all catches back up? Any solutions to this?

Edit: I have lost 4 golds alone today to this please help!! i want to get golds

No. Because of the increased activity (This is my personal experience), if you go to where the Gold box is, you will likely lag, especially if your comp is average or worse, plus if your internet is average or worse, PLUS if you are a long way from the servers.

I hardly get golds cuz of this. I lag when everyone starts pushing and that only happens in gold. No pushing = No lag

But still I think the problem is my internet

no thats not what happens its not my FPS or my ping because whenever people are pushingaround and like all 8 people from both times in polygon cp are in the middle and attacking pushing this never happens. Also my screen doesnt get stuck like My health kit wont work for like 20 seconds but every other person is moving normally andfighting for the gold So its not my ping or fps but i dont know what it is

omg what do you people understand its somethingwith the server that isstopping me I am not lagging ever duringgold unless i sit on the symbol and then when gold appears in sky i imeaditly start lagging Itssomething with the server messing with  me that i wantto know how to fix ive missed now 7 golds because of this and i am very mad

Edit: I have contacted tanki about this issue hopefully they can fix it ordo something!

Guys please don't reply if you don't know tha answers. The guy is asking for solutions to PING lags and you are providing solutions to FPS lags.

Hi! PING lags (The ones which you are describing) are completely different from FPS lags. Changing graphics or meddling with the Skybox won't affect anything at all. You need to get a better internet connection. Ask your ISP for improvement of your upload/download speed. I did this and this is the only way, I think to solve this 999 PING problem.
