Is skill needed for this game?

On my rank and above im facing players that don't even know how to rotate turret, how is this possible? But still with drugs they are winning every round.. So i ask myself is skill needed ?

(XP BP is something different, and i respect Tanki for making that format)

Player with M2 combo in your rank with Double Damage has no problems with killing someone with M1/M1 or 1 M2. Now they have for example 1000 points in 1 battle, but if they knew how to rotate turret and knew how to use drugs they would have 1500 or more. So skill is maybe not needed for win, but for earnings of crystals and ranking up faster it is needed. :)

Yes, because sometimes only you can save the entire team from losing.

I think people at that rank can already play with M3s..

Skills doesn't only mean rotating turrets. Some players know how to play in specific maps and how to attack in the right time! This has a greater impact on the game score than rotating turret

But not rotating turret... how can player learn to play somewhere if he still cannot rotate with turret ? And drugs have bigger impact than playing on specific maps.

I was once playing in noise when i was a low ranker. Our team was losing and the score was 1:0 for them. A wasp teammate captured 2 flags despite the opposite team was drugging hard. He drugged a bit too but not too much. However, I watched him attacking. He was using nitro and using the ramp of the red team to jump, get the flag and go in the cave all in one second. The way he was driving and rotating to go in the cave once he takes the flag was amazing! I know that the blue team has some advantage in noise, but that way of attacking is totally awesome and it benefited the team more than the teammates who knew how to rotate turret :)

You are right :)

But you were only low ranker, so the enemy team did not know about shortcuts and defending in Noise. These players are already Lieutenant Colonels, maybe even higher so they probably know more about maps. For example, I like Noise really much and on my alt (Third Lieutenant) I earn around 600 points in Blue team (15 minutes match).

I was around lieutenant colonel at that time. I forgot to mention that they had a mammoth sitting on the flag, so jumping over it was the only way to get the flag.

Yes, getting exp and winning is easy at low ranks, but that guy was skilled! . I'm sure most gismos don't know that way of attacking. It was original ,and I'm sure that player got it from his experience.

I used his way of attacking in other noise battles and it worked. I didn't have a wasp like him so my move didn't work exactly like him, but still I managed to win a lot of battles from this move

Now you're tryin to convience me that players who don't know how to turn turret.. don't really need to?

Also in XP BP there's no excuse you must use your turret as much as possible.

We are talking about normal battles :D

Rotating turret is good but it is not the reason of loss/win . Teamwork, skills, and smartness matter more

Skill is needed really only for Shaft. You can get away with taking your hands off ZXC with the other turrets.

disagree.
When i use shaft, im losing skill

Skill is not needed. All what you need is moms credit card and brick.
Go buy druggs and mammoth+twins, place brick on keyboard and youre done!

Mostly on how much crystals and what equipment and mues you have. A bit of skill is needed, but not a lot. You can win games with little or less skill than other players.

Hey Kosta, I think first of all, you need to define what skills mean, because rotate turret isn't everything. A lot of players use supplies when not needed, or they use wrong supplies; it is also about battle strategy / playing in teams / with your friends, or 1 vs 1 in total fair play games, etc. Maybe you shouldn't really worry about what are the others doing and you battle the way you feel confident and comfortable with and works best for you, because no matter what you do, there will be always pros and cons and this is actually part of the beauty of the game.

Aleksandra we played together in Sandbox XP BP against dude that was spamming are you from Pakistan and we lost cause of him, also he didn't know how to rotate his turret lol

I feel all you need is:

1 keyboard with only numbers 12345 and a tab button, arrow keys, a brick, twins and mammoth and 500 supply kits.

True this is fact

Of Course its needed. When you start as a Recruit you don't have much knowledge and Experience. But as time passes, you gain Experience, you learn new tactics, new ways to win a battle, and how to manage your garage. Without skill You'll always end up last in a battle,You'll lose every battle and as a result You'll not make crystals. This ll make you furious and You'll blame Tanki for not giving sales .

But there are still many tankers who don't even know "How to rotate the Turret" even if they reach a high rank.I don't know what's the reason behind this..On the other hand I've seen many Tankers including some of my old friends who didn't knew much about Tanki but now they're pros.

Conclusion

Skill plays an important role in a Tankers Life and without skill you might not be able to enjoy this game.Even drugs can't Help you when you don't have skill or technique.
