There is nothing to be shocked for, sorry.

It is a common procedure to monitor accounts' logs and IPs / accesses — Tech Support found out unclear data and different IPs / accesses from your usual ones and considered your account as stole / shared / sold, thus blocked it.

 

You have to contact them back, explain the situation, provide them proofs of what you are claiming (new laptop and new net) and wait for their answer :)

We can't do anything here on the Forum.
