I have not received an e-mail! i tried to change my e-mail just to see what would happen. The pop up said that instructions had been sent to my e-mail. i go to my e-mail and its not there. I don't know if I will be able to participate in the Game.

Make another fake email and try linking it to your account. Then link your real one back.

If you've lost access to your email, please contact help@tankionline.com and let them know about your problem. After making sure the account is yours they will change the email linked to your account to any email address of your choice.

Nope, your not late, you still have chance to get some prize maybe not bigger one but small prize ;), so don't give up, try again or as you said above that you've already contacted help desk, so wait for their reply.

I have gotten no reply and it has been over 24h. i didn't even get a ticket number :(. Maybe something is wrong with my e-mail. I will make a new one and contact them again.
