I have one question, didint found anything about that in forum.
-Does full micro-upgrade of any modifications, cost less crystals than just buying other modification?

On the contrary, it takes you about double the crystals to Micro-Upgrade a piece of equipment to it's next modification as opposed to buying the next modification itself.

Plus, Micro-Upgrading takes you time, so it is not recommended to MU non-M3 modifications much.

 

If, lets say, I wanted to upgrade my Twins M0 to M1, it would cost me 70,000 crystals without paying for speed-ups, while it would just cost me 35,100 crystals to buy it M1.

As said above, buying full MUs for an item and getting the next modification for free costs a lot more than waiting for the next modification and buying just that instead. This is done to make it fair, because using MUs to get the next modification means that you can have a more powerful tank earlier on in the game, which obviously needs to cost more because it's a big advantage.
