Tanki online password change

Hello, I lost a password to my alt account zaiko_soul, when I try to recover it the letter where I can change the password doesnt appear in my email, I checked my spam and junk folder and it isnt there either.

 

I sent a letter to tanki online about this problem but they havent responded in 2 days, please help! I wanna play during to`s birthday!!

 

(p.s I also bought a ton of crystals on it)

Go to your account setting and then click"change password and email", maybe be firs time failed, try again and see if you get any mail in to your email account. BTW help desk will surely reply back to you, it will just take few days because they are also dealing with many other players mail, so please be patient. :)

Like I said, I cant access the account. So how am I supposed to go to the settings?

Have you also tried these steps?

 

1. Enter the game. A window for entering your login and password will appear.

2. Click on “Lost nickname or password?”

3. A window will appear. Enter the e-mail that is linked to your account.

4. Check your e-mail inbox. There should be a letter from Tanki Online containing the link you will use for changing your password (e-mail). If you haven’t received the e-mail, please check the SPAM folder.

5. Click on the link. A window for entering your new password and new email will appear.

 

But as you're saying that you have checked every folder, well I don't think it could happen.There must be an e-mail from the Tech Support :unsure:

Welp thanks for nothing guys

 

Tanki online hasnt responded to me in 4 days now

So im just going to quit
