Cannot purchase kit

When I try to purchase the sniper kit, I get the error "Server connection closed" and the crystals are not deducted from my account. I'm not sure if this is a bug or if anyone else is having the same problem. Thanks.

After clicking Yes, I get this message:

 

 

Any ideas? I've tried it on another system and I get the same problem.

Clearing your browser cache and your Flash cache might help.
Have you clicked on the 'Causes and solutions' link within the 'Server connection closed' message you provided us?

Yes, I tried all of that and get the same issue.  :( Plus I never get that error in the garage. I only get it when playing the game.

 

Also one other thing I should mention. Sometimes I get to the screen where it looks like I purchased the kit but then it quickly gives me that error.

sorry guys if i'm stepping out of line here

 

but what i found helps is if you go to the lag issues section and clean out all they tell you to do .. then see if this works .. most of the time it clears / fixes it self...

 

and yes also do what the mod suggest cause this is part of clearing the lag issues section.. now i also was told by tech support if you clear not just tanki on line game cache try clearing out your computer .. see if this helps

Yep, I followed all of those instructions. I'm hardlined on 100mbps so I don't think it's a lag/connection issue. I did try clearing out the browser and flash cache and I get the same problem. I'm not sure what you mean by clearing out your computer... I'm definitely not going to format it!

 

Maybe it's a bug with the specific kit? I purchased the bumblebee kit two days ago without any issues. (Yes I'm a buyer. lol)  And being a developer myself, I wouldn't read too much into the error messages. I believe some sort of error/exception got thrown and because it was unhandled, it just displayed that as the standard error message and disconnected you from the server to be safe... but I can only speculate on that since I don't work for TO.

i call it a cache ... 

 

.make sure you have all your passwords when doing this ..must do this before you clear things out......

 

try cleaning out sections / cookies... 

 

it will log you out of everything ..

 

cause if not you will have to reprogram every password you have..    so you have to  re-log back into the system ,,

 

and then do the cache ..this should fix your issues .. if all else fails you can contact tanki on line
