If tanki swaps to HTML5 technology. Will it be playable via Android?

In this topic we will discuss the future of our beloved game of Tanki Online. In the Vlog. They said that tanki might swap from flash technology to HTML5. Does that mean it will be playable on android? Please post your opinion on this question inside the comments with respective language :)

In the V-LOG episode 92 developers said they have two options. To shift everything to HTML5 or to revisit old idea of creating downloadable Tanki client. If they decide for the first solution, then I do not see why not.

 

But, is it not to laggy to play on mobile phone?

Yeah I don't think a phone/iPad etc. could handle Tanki like a computer (Lagg wise)

Well i agree with both of you. Not all phones would handle tanki. Though i use puffin browser and it runs perfectly on my phone (My phone is really good)

There are also two more additional problems of playing on the phone. Controls and screen size. It is impossible to play XP battles (or almost every battle) with the screen touch controls of the phone. Or you are using additional wireless keyboard?

 

But I think that the biggest problem is the screen size. I can not play Tanki on the screen that is smaller than 15 inches.

I'm quite adaptive. And yes. I do use an android keyboard and mouse. And i have no problem with small displays :)

Tanki is not playable now because of the cheaters and mults.

 

The devs can't get this game to work why does anyone ever think tanki x is going to.

 

I don't think it will ever exist. No one smart enough to program it.

When you move on to another programming language, you just have to use the equivalent codes of the new one for the old one. It should be fine.

On iPad/tablet: yea but it's laggy
