hello i have ping proplem when i enter battle the ping is fine when i start moving just moving it rises to 999 (im not downloading anything and wi-fi is closed ) hope u solve that soon it happen to all players from egypt (not just me) and i have question if i use hotspotshield (program that change ip that make me be close to servers) i will get banned or not? hope moderators or admins answer me

Unfortunately I'm not a Moderator or Admin but maybe I can help you.Actually Ping does not depend on connection, it depends on the location of the server and its distance from you.

Hotspot shield has nothing to do with this.By using this you may experience even more lag.

I am from Egypt. We are all suffering from high ping here. Our ping was just 60 from about 3 months but it began to increase and increase, Tanki promised to fix the lagging problem. We waited 3 months and we are still having 999 ping. I don't know what to really do..

Hmmm so this means its a problem for all the Egyptian players.Have you contacted Help@Tankionline regarding the issue?

I contacted them before and they didn't really help me. They just told me how to improve your network speed rather than promising to fix their servers issue.

VPN connection as per customer service is allowed.

 

If helpdesk mistakenly blocks your account under suspicion of account sharing due to VPN connection, you can get it unblocked by giving them sufficient evidence to prove it was VPN connection.
