This is the one article I've read today that will resonate with me for a while, even after I've let the guides to maps and people's opinions on certain kits slip in and out of my amazingly stubborn ears. I'm glad you got through what you were going through and now even if it's shadow still comes to visit now and again you're strong enough to give advice to other people. Well done :D

 

 

 


I loved your post. It shows a lot of foregone pain and sweat. I agree with what you have written. Asking for help from the right people in your circle will improve your situation. Reading books, meditation, yoga and playing a sport you love will be an added advantage to your mood.
