how i write complaint for tech support ?

hello .

this noob support piss me  ,

 

they never read what i write , just copy-paste , i take half hour to explain something for them , and they only give me the same answer !! 

 

i send to them change my nickname to: %$#@ they said already in the game , i checked all the servers it's not ! 

 

i wanna write complaint , but is there another email for them ? 

like manager@tankionline.com ?? 

 

and i am ready to give you tickets number to see this stupidity .

The helpdesk guys are more overloaded with work than any anyone else on this forum. They are so much loaded with the same type of questions over and again. So in the rush of quickly answering everyone, they are bound to make mistakes, rather even more than us.

Did you again ask them about the nickname not been taken yet? (Or maybe did you tried to apply for a nickname that's against the Game Rules? (Not sure if you've yourself written "%$#@" there or did it got changed automatically cos it was a faulty word..)

1) I was just asking...its no crime to ask -_-

2) Do you mean that you change your nick from ,.... to ..... and don't want to give away your nick ,.... in a fear that someone else may use it? Please man! That wouldn't just be feasible...

3) And BTW, did you notice, he has got his nickname successfully changed to 'Mult' from 'o6'...I told you, replying to the help desk always helps...;)
