Fix visual obstructions for long range players

Recommended Posts

Hello,

There are 2 game problems for long range players which apparetnly can be easily corrected by devs.

1. Game subtlitles like "ubecya has lost our flag" are placed in upper part of the screen. This is excatly the part of the highest attention of long range players, like camping rail. The subtitles are very distracing, eg. in Higways, I can't simply see what's going on on the other side of the map.

2. A destroyed tank is  slowly fading away. If it's close its ok. If it is distant: lots of blank unecessary shots towards already destroyed tanks. They could be marked in a different way like slowly fading + blinking red or whatever.

I don't play with Shaft, so I don't know if this is a problem for many players, but I can tell you for sure that to fix the first issue you can either control the size of your playing screen with + and - so that the interface covers less of it, or you can tilt your camera with Q and E to make it so that the top of the screen shows sky, and not some area where enemies could be.

i love to play with rail, and i find myself shooting at already destroyed tanks. great idea to make them flashing red or something that assures you that they are destroyed.

I don't play Shaft either, shafters may be fine with it. I play rail. Well, it's not an issue when u r playing on a nice i7 laptop with a big screen and u can easily see remote tanks. I can't play full screen on my old 13'' :) lags, low fps = missed shots.

The problem occurs mainly on Highways,it's not a problem on Monte Carlo when I tilt E and the highest interest area moves downwards.
