Firebird m1 and lava paint glitch. pls help

Guys pls help me. 

2) I started playing this game 3 years ago. I stopped playing this 2 years ago and i started playing it again. Between these 2 years. i used to connect to the game and log off once in a month so i will get 2200 crystals everytime. that was the only way of earning crystals cuz my computer was lagging so much that i wanted to throw the whole thing out of my house. when i got a total of 11 thousand i bought firebird m1. i had this rank : \*/. the red star over the golden arrow towards the downside.i also bought lava paint. then after 4 months when i looked the firebird was m0. I had a doubt whether i upgraded it or not. then i did it again. then i started collecting collecting it and made it 11 thousand then i left it. i thought i stopped this game forever. Then after a long time i started playing this game after tanki's birthday. It was on june 11. I got a free premium account for 1 week i think so. When i went back to the garage. i had to buy that again. This is the third time buying firebird m1.:post-458675-0-20407200-1466406659_thumb.jpg

I hope i will get back the price of 2 firebird m1 and lava paint.

You should just type that you have lost your turret and that you need help. Tanki Customer service will reply with a few questions you will need to answer such as: 'Which is the last turret/hull you have bought on your account'.

Explain your problem in detail, like you did here.

Make sure you include the following information:

1. Your nickname

2. What is missing from your account and how much of it?

3. Date of loss

4. Do you have any new items in the Garage that you did not purchase?
