Tanki x registerd but not.

Received my invite by e-mail, downloaded game can;'t get it to work. Went to help forum couldn't log in get tried forgotten password (just ib-n case) I gett the message "e-mail address not registered"n I can't ask my question on the correct forum hope you can help. Why is my e-mail address not registered when it must be A) because I did register and B) because I got the invite by e-mail.

Did you download the client and register the code there? If yes, then once try to login to the client, see if you experience the same problem.

Can I see the message you received in E-mail? Make sure to hide the code.

@buboocute, it's nice of you to try and answer, but notice that the problem is with Tanki X, not with Tanki Online. This means that the link you provided won't help in solving the problem.

Here's a step by step guide 

download the game client and open it then click new user and put your invite code then email , nickname and password and hit entre then you can start playing now go to your gmail and click the link you received from noreply@tankiX.com

Yes, a type of failure registration but , when click on new user and put invite code,it doesnt works.

Note : When i use others nick,it says incorrect password but when i login by my nick,even with a wrong password,my game goes black and login screen appears again.

EDIT: When i open tanki x forum,there is no sign up option ,only sign in...
