i can't enter my account .

hello , i try to enter tanki but i can't , i write the right password and nickname but it's said: password is incorrect !! 

 

 

i didn't link my account with email because that i can't enter , so give me solution , and please no one say talk to help tanki . 

 

because before 12 days i talk to them they just ignore me and tell me change your nickname , i have pictures like 32 messages ! , and still talk , but they just said change your nickname !!!! 

 

i don't want change my nickname because i don't break any rules , so how i link my account with email without login ? 

 

they told me this:

if my account get deleted im gonna suits this support .

If you can't remember the password, and you didn't link your account, and you know your account hasn't been blocked, then I don't know what to tell you. Email Tanki at help@tankionline.com. You shouldn't sue them if your account gets blocked, you know why they blocked it if they did, I don't need to explain that to you. And also you have probably used your account for 15 minutes, judging by your rank.

1- my account is not blocked 

2- i didn't forget my password , so how i get in the forum

3- i talk to help tanki 12 days , everyday , they just ignore and tell me change your nickname . 

4- i use my account or not it's not your business .

Can you share with us what TO help actually (exactly) said. Also, I have to go with RollingSlab on this, you have such a low rank that it would probably be easiest to just make a new account. Also, they may have terminated account access because of your nickname "69". TO Chat Mods/Admins may have reqeusted for you to change nickname. And if you are going to be rude to people who tried to help, just leave.

nope my nickname is legal , anyway it's not only my problem , anyone have nickname with 2 letters can't enter his account if he didn't linked it with email . 

 

help tanki said change your nickname , they spam this message to me !! i ask them to link my email with the account then the problem finished !!

The reason is that people with nicknames of 1 or 2 characters, need to sign in through he email linked to their account/the email they contacted Tanki to change their nickname with.

For example, if I changed my nickname to 'Hi,' I would login like this:

Username: *INSERT EMAIL HERE*

Password: *INSERT YOUR PASSWORD HERE*

for what i see in the first post all you need to do is change your account name and all your items will still be there .. if you have not used it for over a year and have never bought crystals then u will have to start all over .. but if you did buy crystals then if all else fails contact tanki on line ..make sure you have solid proof this is your account from first post to last time you used it and this includes buying items..

1- why i have to change it ? there is a lot of players have nicknames like me , why they force only me ! 

2- i didn't link my account with email , this is my problem .

1. Because those other players do have an email linked to their account and they use that to log in.

2. Tanki encourages everyone to link their account to a valid email address and as you noticed it has more than one benefit.

 

Since there is no way for you to log in to your account to link it to an email address, the only thing you can do is change your nickname.

nah i ask them to link my account with email , they said change your nickname and we will link your account with your email  :lol:

 

so they force me , and i have bigger account with 2 letters nickname , they didn't say anything to that !

Listen, the problem here is only one and it is pretty clear: your account has been stolen (password has been changed) and the only way to recover it is to change its password and link it with an email, but the only way to do so is to grant it a new nickname.

 

As Tech Support told you already, IT IS NO LONGER ALLOWED to create and / or rename your account with a string of characters shorter than 4 characters. So, now that you have an issue with your stolen account, unlinked from a valid email, the Tech Support is forcing you to change nickname already.

 

They are doing so to get your account's nickname back in their standards since the nickname you are using is no longer allowed and you MUST follow their instructions, otherwise you can close the account and leave it stolen. After renaming your account, Tech Support will link it to the email you will give them and also reset your password.

 

In future, if similar issues will arise for other accounts named with short nicknames like yours, the same treatment will be used — they will (most probably) be forced to rename their accounts for free to get their nicknames back inside the standards boundaries for nicknames' length before processing any other request.

You need to understand that Tech Support is in charge of all what concern accounts' issues and related, so if they ask you to do something for your account that is what you need to do — respect their instructions.
