I want a 3 k refund I cant join the tournament .\ /.

It was about 20 mins. before DM tournament when I saw that reg. btn but it couldn't be clicked . When I again came , it was just 2 mins left for tournament to be started . I clicked on that reg. btn but there I didn't saw anything showing me that I have participated in that battle . I waited till that time over and saw that there was a timer again to participate in battle .

That's what I got for the first Tournament entry couldn't get rid of this window, until I got to the garage to change paint...

 

 

After that the battle went on properly, well, if properly means a ton of supplies (a real drug fest -_- )

 

Actually, I didn't understand any significant change in the battle feeling.. what was this update about?

After you clicked it, you have to wait. When the timer ends it should be open. Then it takes 1000 crystal and sends you to battle on a different server.

That exactly is what did NOT happen. I waited like 10 minutes. It didn't start loading. It didn't take crystals away.

Is that serious? Where can we get that exact information? We should've been more informed. Thanks. :)

 

At least I now know that tab needs to remain opened. It would've been cool if I knew that before the first tournament started.

I'm really sorry everyone. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the evening round of DM Tournaments is cancelled.

All players who registered for the first round will receive a refund of 1000 crystals.

Sorry for this inconvenience. Programmers are doing their very best to bring you the next round of tournaments as soon as possible.

If I may give one suggestion, add a screenshot like the one shown by @Winner_Of_Turkey to the opening post. It was unclear for a lot of players how they could get in a 'Tournament DM'. A lot of them didn't manage to join as they didn't know they had to keep open a certain tab.

Earned only 463 crystals due to 3 fatal errors in 15 minutes  :mellow:, so the refund was great for me  :ph34r:.

Sadly the first map was Kungur, not Year 2042, love this map for DM  ;).

Really cool tournament though  :).

 

And 1 question: Are the matches going to be played on maps with only 20+ players or even on maps with 8 or 16 ?

Not sure. Devs are working on it though. the thing is that the update is huge, so no amount of testing on test servers could predict the issues that might arise with a stress test on the live servers. And that's exactly the reason why devs chose to test it this way.

 

And 1 question: Are the matches going to be played on maps with only 20+ players or even on maps with 8 or 16 ?

I really have no idea at this point. Let's get the basic infrastructure stable first, and we'll take it from there

Whoo lucky it isnt able to be carried out. Because 22 secs before the start my whole computer crashed and shut down due to fatal error. Thought i missed it but this is really unpredictable! B.T.W the price pool shock me lol, 1.2 million xD

there is nothing to fix in the game. The only problem is maybe around the anti-cheat system. If you have problems, they are caused rather by your computer/internet than TO servers/client.

*Ahem* Kick system is still BS, mind you.
