2. You can apply for the helper position you want here.

3. Being a helper does not give you any kind of special advantage when catching gold boxes, so - no.

But back on to the topic, the main problem with your idea is that, if you have 4x speed and protection, it would heavily decrease the ability of competent gold hunters, as that would simply be way to OP. My suggestion to you is to use Dictator. While it may not have as much health as your beloved Mammoth, it still, at M3, is a formidable opponent.

 

Also, you have caught over 100 golds. IDK why you are complaining about being bad at catching golds- that is about as much as I have caught combined on both of my accounts, and I consider myself a decent gold hunter.
