Can't play the game normally

Recommended Posts

Dear friends,

For some time something happens during the game that don't let me play the game normally and is getting worse and worse, happens every day at all the battles.

When I go into battle, the game starts well and running fine, but suddenly for no reason it begins to jamming(like hiccups), what prevent me from playing properly. When this happens the game image is jamming(bidding) so many times and it takes to many time updating that I can't see where I am going, can't move properly and I can't even take aim, because the controls are locked so that when I intend to move the tank and press the buttons to turn a little the tank turns more than I commanded, and to adjust the aiming of the cannon torret sometimes is necessary to give just a little touch on the keys but when this problem occurs the cannon stands(doesn't move at all) or turns a lot more than I intend and commanded(sometimes turns 160 degrees), so I have a lot difficulty, and is impossible to aim corrctly at target and hit the shot, which harms me greatly because in situations of face-to-face or when I use the strategy of "shoot and hide" it happens a lot and I end up being destroyed and rarely I win battles when that happens(its almost impossible to me to win in that kind of situations), which makes it impossible for me to get Crystals and the experience points needed to progress in the game as I should. Sorry but I don't know what is the correct word to express this kind of situation, I hope you understand what I'm trying to say.

I ask the moderators if it is possible to verify the problem and help me to solve this situation. I hope some news soon.

With the best regards, thanks!

Sounds like to have too many running processes for your CPU to run Tanki smoothly.

Initially, try making changes in your Tanki settings. Uncheck Background sound, Show skybox and Mip-mapping. Use the "-" key to decrease the screen size.

If that helps, but not enough, open your computer's Task Manager and look in the Processes tab. You may have some unnecessary running processes that are consuming a great deal of your CPU's capacity. Warning: Only stop a process if you really know what it is and what you are doing.

Also, Tanki will play better from a less demanding browser, like Firefox or Opera. If you use Firefox, I would recommend using their Prism stand-alone application in conjunction. On one my my older computers, I have to turn off my antivirus program when I play Tanki.
