I think some of these passwords are rated much too high. A good password contains upper case letters, lower case letters, numbers. symbols (characters above the numbers. Some websites won't allow symbols like: ?<";, etc.) and spaces using dash and/or underline and be no less than 10-12 characters long. Of course, the longer the password the harder it is to hack. Don't use words found in the dictionary, 

 

You can make up a good password by constructing a sentence with all the above elements and use just the initials of the words in that sentence. For example:

 

I love my 1955 Ford Fairlane Crown Victoria and it's white over red paint-job

 

Becomes: Ilm1955FFCV&iworp-j

 

Now you have a 19 character password. You can complicate it a little more by mixing up the 1955, like 5591, 1595 so it doesn't look like a year or date.
